 | Dealing with a loved one, a spouse or a parent, who is faced with needing nursing home care and addressing the financial concerns for the spouse who is able to remain at home are two major areas of medical assistance (Medicaid) planning. Ms. Grace combines her legal and nursing skills to help you coordinate and navigate the legal and medical issues that arise including completion of the DHMH (Department of Health and Mental Hygiene) form 3871 and the medical assistance application. She will also evaluate your assets and assist you in protecting the assets in the event that you or your spouse needs Medical Assistance benefits for nursing home care.
